Visitors to Dormy House are required to read and comply with the following conditions:
Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that descriptions of the property and details of the accommodation provided are correct, we cannot accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage which arise from any information we supply. We cannot accept liability for any injury, loss, damage or expense from your use of the holiday accommodation or any other holiday facilities.
This agreement confers on you the right to occupy Dormy House solely for the purposes of a holiday or short term temporary stay and not as a permanent dwelling house, and that you will vacate no later than the time specified in the agreement.
The accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. You undertake to keep the property and all furnishings and fittings in the accommodation in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the beginning of the let, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. All damage and breakage’s are the visitors responsibility and the Proprietor must be notified immediately and recompensed in full.
You undertake that only the agreed number of persons, not exceeding 4 in number, unless otherwise agreed, will occupy the property whose details you have disclosed on the booking form. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
We take every care to ensure that your holiday accommodation is satisfactory, but in the event of a complaint please notify the Proprietor immediately.
The letting period is from Friday to Friday. Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00 pm and agree to vacate no later than 10.15 am. A key to the apartment will be forwarded prior to your visit.
We regret we are unable to accept children under seven or pets
The rental charges are fully inclusive. Duvets with covers, sheets, and pillowcases are inclusive. Please provide your own towels. If you prefer not to bring your own then a bath towel and hand towel are available at a charge of £7.50 per person.
BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY Please telephone 01225 332213 to check whether Dormy House is available for the dates you require and make a temporary reservation. This provisional reservation will be held for up to two working days only, so please send your non returnable deposit together with your name, contact details and number of occupants, together with any other relevant information as soon as possible. The deposit required if the booking is made more than 6 weeks prior to the start of the letting is £120.00 for each week. The balance will be due 6 weeks before the holiday commencement. (Non payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation of the holiday and the proprietor reserves the right to let elsewhere). Full payment is required if the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. No part of the rental is returnable unless an alternative letting is arranged for the date booked less administration charge of £25.00 per week together with any loss of rental. We suggest you take out appropriate holiday insurance. Any cancellation must be made in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse any bookings and also to cancel any confirmed bookings should any unforeseen circumstances arise and all money will be returned in full.
Outside access ramp or steps. Access to the apartment is by a short flight of stairs to the first floor and is not recommended for those who may have special needs such as wheelchairs.
